This is a one-person operation, folks! But you best believe I’ll try my darn tootin’est to get back to you quicker than a whippersnapper in a leaky canoe at sunset. Hopefully, most of your answers can be found here but if not, please give me a holler.

  • Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do if your order is lost or stolen. Once I ship an order it is out of my control and in the mail carrier’s hands.

    The only thing I have is the same tracking number you received. Please reach out to USPS about any lost or stolen packages.

  • I try my best to package every order with care and as much protection as possible but sometimes they can get roughed up in transit. If your package is damaged from shipping, you can file a claim with USPS here.

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Please contact me immediately if you’d like to cancel or change anything about your order. If I receive this request before I ship your order I will do my best to accommodate!

  • All tracking numbers are sent to the email you provided at checkout. If you haven’t received your tracking number, check your spam folder. If that doesn’t work, just email me and provide your order number.

  • I accept returns or exchanges (while supplies last) within 14 days.

    You’ll be responsible for shipping costs.

  • I ship out every order within 2-5 business days. If for whatever reason I can’t, I’ll email you with an update or post a mass update via Instagram.

    Please contact me if you need to rush an order and I’ll try to ship it out as soon as possible.

  • I can provide custom quotes on different shipping options if you don’t see the option you need at checkout. Please contact me before placing your order.
